A man calls for your help as he lay incapacitated in the sand but before you can aid him he is suddenly sucked beneath the sands and a moment later the Monstrous Dune Thresher emerges.

As well as his regular physical bite he is also [[Electrified]] which means he releases electrical balls of energy that travel in random directions across the ground.
