A crafted Staff that can be crafted and is used to open a portal to the secret Portal to level [[Whimseyshire]]. It does NOT drop from Act IV Izual or any other mob. The ONLY way to obtain [[Crafting]] is the only known method for obtaining this item is to craft it.
