The Barbarian enters a frenzied state upon causing pain to his enemies, making him strike his enemies with ever growing fervor.

Skill tiers were removed for the [[July 2011 Press Event]], allowing the skills to unlock steadily from levels 1 to 30. Consequently, all skill levels were adjusted and Frenzy became a level 11 skill~~. The skill system was once again overhauled for the [[Beta Patch 13]], and Frenzy was classified as a Primary skill (but stayed at level 11)~~.

Frenzy didn't change when the beta started. With the Patch 13 changes, Frenzy was classified as a Primary skill (but stayed at level 11).
