Events are a type of quest in Diablo III. As the term is used in the game, "Events" are minor little adventuresside-quests, rather than full [[quests]]. They include short term tasks such as NPC escort missions and surviving a wave of [[monsters]] within a time limit, and numerous other goals. Events are not to be confused with [[Adventures]].
