A complete list of gems is not yet available. Most The "Crafting Sanctuary" video panel at Blizzcon 2010 [http://diablo.incgamers.com/gallery/data/570/gem_levels.png revealed] all previous gems (of the types found in precious stone variety) from Diablo 2 have been seen so far in Diablo 3, including II are returning: [[Ruby|Rubies]], [[Sapphire]]s, [[Emerald]]s, [[Topaz]]es, and [[Amethyst]]s. and [[Diamond]]s have not been seen, but are expected. It's not known if [[Skull]]s will return, or if there are any other precious stone types of gems yet to be revealed.
