The Horadric monks erected a [[Tristram Cathedral|monastery]] on the burial spot, and a few years later the town of [[Tristram]] was founded around the monastery.
It's also likely that [[Wortham]] is located nearby to Talsande.
Talsande seem to not be anywhere near as significant as the river [[Argentek]] on the eastern continent, but still important enough to be mentioned in Horadric texts and historical documents surrounding Tristram.
