DetailsEdit
The Scroll of Reforging was a scroll present in Diablo III during the game's development. It was never implemented in a public build, and was not found in the beta test, though three qualities of the scroll were listed in the game files, and even included for a time on Blizzard's D3 website.

Blizzard announced and briefly explained the removal in late January 2012.[1]
Reforging Scroll StatsEdit
The stats for the three qualities of the Scroll of Reforging, as listed in the game code and seen on Blizzard's D3 site during the Diablo III beta test. These will certainly change, at least somewhat, when and if the item appears in the final game.
- Transmutes all properties of a single magic item into an entirely new set of properties. This process permanently reduces the maximum durability of the item by 10% and cannot be used on items with required level 50 or above.
Scroll of Greater Reforging - db

Scroll of Superior Reforging - db
- Transmutes all properties of a single magic, rare, set, or legendary item into an entirely new set of properties. This process permanently reduces the maximum durability of the item by 10% and cannot be used on items with required level 50 or above.
