Outlaw Camp

The Outlaw Camp is a randomly-spawning area located in Act II of Diablo 3. The Camp is found in the Stinging Winds surface area of Act II, and in games when the quest is active, the NPC bandit Husam, the objective of the Blood Money quest, can be found there.
