[[Urshi]] is an NPC merchant/artisan found only in Reaper of Souls. She was added to the game in [[Patch 2.1]] as part of the [[Greater Rifts]] feature, and is the only source in the game to upgrade [[Legendary Gems]].
Urshi appears every time a Greater Rift Guardian is defeated, and offers players a chance to upgrade their Legendary Gems or . Until [[Patch 2.3]], she would also upgrade Greater Rift Keys]]. THe odds for either activity increase with higher level Now all Greater Rifts, while the higher the Rift keys allow you to choose what level of the Legendary Gem the lower the odds for an upgrade to be successfulcomplete.
