The Speed Shrine is one of the new class of Super Shrines added in [[Reaper of Souls]].  This [[shrine ]] provides a 30 second buff that raises a character to their maximum run speed. How much of a bonus this provides depends on the character's equipment and skills, but it is generally a much larger boost than that provided by a [[Fleeting Shrine]].
