Wind Shear is a rune effect in [[Whirlwind]], a [[Fury]]-spending [[Barbarian skill]].
This rune effect enables the Barbarian to spin for longer by adding back 1 point of Fury for every enemy struck. Since the Fury gain is just 1 per enemy, not per hit, this is only effective when used against large groups of enemies, and the total gain is generally considered insufficient to make this a valuable rune effect.
