The Tribe of the Clouded Valley is a rival tribe to the tribe of Diablo III's Witch Doctor (Tribe of the Five Hills). It's a tribe of the umbaru race, located in the Teganze region of the Torajan Jungles.
The human sacrifice culture and war rituals of the Tribe of the Clouded Valley, is similar to that of all umbaru tribes.
