Nephalem Rifts are special bonus dungeons enabled by finding Nephalem Rift Keys and taking them to a special NPC. This feature was developed for Reaper of Souls and is set to be patched into Diablo 3 Classic in a patch before Reaper of Souls launches in 2014.
