Is this accurate?

I don't think this is accurate, but I'm not sure enough to change it. I can't find it now but I THOUGHT I read where during the aftermath of BlizzCon there was a question (to Jay Wilson?) about how experience wasn't shared on a particular kill, and the answer was the two weren't partied, if that had been it would have been shared.
