Nephalem Globes or "Orbs" are console-only items not found in D3V. Datamining indicates they will be found in Reaper of Souls, with their function expanded upon the console version.[1]
In the console, a small percent of the Health Globes drop instead as Nephalem Globes. They are yellow in color and provide special bonuses which buff up a character'sNephalem Glory, up to three stacks. These last for 60 seconds and can be refreshed by grabbing another Nephalem Orb before the effect dissipates.
Nephalem Glory boosts a character's movement speed and adds increased damage as well, plus some additional special effects:
- One stack: Increased speed and damage.
- Two stacks: Increased speed and damage + a lighting effect that zaps nearby enemies when they take damage.
- Three stacks: Increased speed and damage + columns of lighting strike from the sky and spread out sparks around each target.
