• Demon Hunter:
• Hungering Arrow with Puncturing Arrow: 55%
• Hungering Arrow with Devouring Arrow: 65%
• Entangling Shot with Chain Gang: 20%
• Entangling Shot with Heavy Burden: 80%
• Bola Shot with Thunderball: 50%
• Elemental Arrow with Ball Lightning: 25%
• Evasive Fire with Surge: 100%

All other values by me are manual testing.

Values I manually tested: Rapid Fire (all runes except: High Velocity & Bombardment)

Rapid Fire with Fire Support (50 LoH): 35, 48, 89, Entangling Shot with Chain Gang (50 LoH): Single Target: 11, 12, Two Targets: 22 Three Targets: 33
