Mystic Ally is a Spirit Spending Monk skill unlocked at Level 27.
An Obsidian Rune placed in it will alter the skill in the following way.

[e] Imbue the ally with the essence of earth. Maximum Life for you and the ally is increased by 50%. The ally also gains the ability to create a wave of earth, dealing 53-85 physical damage to a single enemy and forcing that enemy to attack the ally for 25 seconds. |
