1. From the Quest Selection screen take quest 8. The Black Soulstone > Realm of Shadow. You will spawn in the Archives of Zoltun Kulle.
   
2. Cross the bridge to Realm of Shadow.
3. If he's not there leave the game and resume and begin again.
   

Special Notes:

• If you have not found The Archivist yet (also needed for Haunted), do not leave but instead go back up to The Terminus and take the bridge to The Unknown Depths as he can spawn there.
