The Key of Evil is a special item dropped by Nekarat the Keywarden, who can be found somewhere in Silver Spire Level 1 in Act Four.
On Torment difficulty this monster may drop the Key of Bones; one of the four keys required to create the Portal Device, which is required to complete the Infernal Machine event.
