The Ultimate Evil edition is Diablo 3 + Reaper of Souls in one package. It will be released for the PlayStation 4 in 2014. No support for the Xbox One has been announced, but is widely-expected.
This product differs from the Diablo 3 console which was just Diablo 3, released for the PS3 and Xbox 360. (The Diablo 3 console was released before the PS4 and Xbox One were on the market.)
Unlike the PC version of Reaper of Souls which is an expansion pack and requires a separate purchase of Diablo 3, The Ultimate Evil edition is a stand alone product which includes Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls
This game is not an expansion for the Diablo 3 console title; a purchase of that game is not required to play the Ultimate Evil edition which contains all of the Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls content.
