Nephalem Globes are console-only items. Any time a Health Globe drops from a monster there is a small chance that it will turn into a Nephalem Globe instead. They look like Health Globes too but are yellow instead of red. The globes apply Nephalem Glory, a buff of increased speed and increased damage and the rate at which health regenerates. Running over subsequent globes will increase the potency.
