Taking Notes is an achievement obtainable in Act I. It involves the collection of Quest Lore items.


You can find which Journals you have by looking at your Achievements in game, under Campaign > Act I and scroll down to 'Taking Notes' and expand that menu.

Journal Locations

Below are details of all the journals needed for Taking Notes achievement, where they are located and what quest, if any, you need to be on in order for them to spawn. The link below will provide more details if needed including how to farm for the journal.


Some single entry journals and some with multiple entries can appear in the same spot, such as in a particular room and those are shown in images.
