Use
The staff has only one use, to open a portal to the secret level Whimseyshire. Having this item in your inventory allows for you to access Infernal Difficulty level.
Crafting
This can be crafted after obtaining the plans for it from Gorell the Quartermaster in Bastion's Keep Stronghold. You must be in ActIV Inferno + have Prime Evil quest to buy this!
Gorell the vendor sells the plan for 1 gold. The plans requires the Hellish Staff of Herding and additional gold to craft.
Upgrade
This staff is the final Whimsyshire upgrade.
