Pages of Blacksmithing (db) are required to train your Blacksmith From level 5 (Grand Master) upwards.
They can be found in Nightmare, Hell and Inferno difficulties. There have been reports of them dropping in normal but it's incredibly rare.
They can be bought on the Auction House also.
