The Jeweler and the Mystic were not shown during the GamesCom 2010 presentation, however they did show up later on at [[BlizzCon]][http://diablo.incgamers.com/blog/comments/see-the-artisans/]. The Mystic is pictured to the right.

Unless Adria has spent her time since Diablo 1 packing on the carbs, the Mystic likely isn't her. It was later confirmed during the Diablo III [[beta]] test that the Mystic was not Adria, although the supposition was logical.

Adria is the Witch merchant from Diablo 1. She sold and bought potions, scrolls and staves. She also recharged staves with their magical charges. She was not in Diablo 2, having fled Tristram in anticipation of the attack on the village.

She plays a fairly crucial role in Diablo 3.

Jay Wilson mentioned Adria in an interview at Gamescom, August 2010.[1]

Jay Wilson: We’ve not come up with one yet. But we’ve brought chars back from previous games. Adria is the witch from original Diablo. She’s coming back as a fairly significant character.

Since Diablo I

Adria in the game.

Adria left Tristram soon after Aidan, the Dark Wanderer, slayed Diablo. She feared the darkness that would follow in his wake, although she spent a night "comforting" him in his pain and anguish.

Adria is the mother of Leah, who was adopted by Deckard Cain after Adria's supposed death.

As for what Adria had been doing since the events of Diablo I and her apparent death, beyond her fleeing of Tristram to the desert jewel of Caldeum, are currently unknown.
