WUG is a common acronym for What U Got? It means "what items do you have for trade", and can be heard constantly in the Diablo II Battle.net channels.
WUG in Diablo III
Most players hope this term is never heard again in Diablo III, since improved trading mechanisms like an auction house should be implemented.
