Kara appears in the book Legacy of Blood. She i tasked with restoring the balance after the "theft" (its hinted that it was planned by the armor for centuries) of Warlord of blood's red cladded armor. She chases Norrec through his journey, however she is always one or two steps behind him. She's highly intelligent and her ability as a necromancer is medicore. She see's the true nature of the armor and tries her best to save Norrec.
Kara also has a lengthy encounter with Horazon or his ghost in The Arcane Sanctuary.
