Itherael is a gray-clad angel who seems to be not male nor female in appearance.
Background
Itherael is one of the five ruling members of the Angiris Council that governs the High Heavens and the Heavenly Host. The Angiris Council inhabits the central meeting chamber of the legendary Silver City.
At the end of the Sin War, after Uldyssian defeated Angel Inarius and sacrificed to save Sanctuary, the Angiris Council voted to decide the fate of Angel Inarius and his creation: Sanctuary.
Archangel Itherael seconded Archangel Imperius's petition to call for a vote to decide Sanctuary's fate. However, Archangel Itherael voted in favor of Sanctuary:
"THEY ARE THE GET OF ANGELS AND DEMONS, WITH THE TAINT AND PROMISE INHERENT ... LEFT TO GROW, THEY MIGHT BECOME MORE MONSTROUS THAN ANYTHING RISING FROM THE BURNING HELLS.
BUT THEY ALSO HAVE THE GREATEST POTENTIAL TO SERVE THE LIGHT ... A POTENTIAL THAT COULD SURPASS OUR OWN ROLES ... AND SO I VOTE THAT THEY BE GIVEN THEIR CHANCE."
