Harkin Khan was a former king of Ureh who made the Speech of the Saints at the balcony of the palace of Ureh, according to Princess Atanna Khan.
Harkin was not a character, but was mentioned by Atanna in the novel Diablo: The Kingdom of Shadow, and thus makes him canon. Harkin Khan was father of Zular Khan, and presumed to be the grandfather of Lord Juris Khan.
