The GamesCom 2009 demo was shown between 18-21 August, and contained a lot of new Diablo information.

The "V3192" is likely the build, and the number in parenthesis the individual ID of the station at the show floor. Date and time is likely the date when that version was made.
Gameplay Footage
Blizzard did not release any gameplay footage from GamesCom 2009, so any footage found on the internet are bootleg pictures and video, shot without the consent of Blizzard.
