Alcarnus is a desert town believed to be located within the Aranoch desert, but could very well be somewhere in Kehjistan or the Dry Steppes.
It's reasonably closely located to the Sundered Pass, from where help has been sent, as the town is in unknown peril.
Game Level
Alcarnus is part of the GamesCom 2009 demo, in where the player is sent on a quest by a lady called Asheara to find out the troubles of the city. On the way, there is also a bounty to be had from the head of a man called Husam, and other adventures.
Alcarnus is not a town, but a regular level filled with monsters.
