Earl Tilgar was the son of Earl Edgewulf. Upon the death of his father, Tilgar became the new Earl of Brennon Town. He was a royal cousin to the King of Entsteig.
He thanked Siggard and Sarnakyle for bravely defending Brennor from demonic forces.
