All of those drop rates are boosted by higher difficulty levels, with a special bonus kicking in once players reach Torment 1. There are also numerous set and legendary items that can only drop on Torment 1 and higher, at level 70.

  • Normal: 0% Legendary drop bonus, 25% bonus in Nephalem Rifts.
  • Hard: 0% Legendary drop bonus, 25% bonus in Nephalem Rifts.
