Demon Hunter:
Hungering Arrow with Puncturing Arrow: 55%
Hungering Arrow with Devouring Arrow: 65%
Entangling Shot with Chain Gang: 20%
Entangling Shot with Heavy Burden: 80%
Bola Shot with Thunderball: 50%
Elemental Arrow with Ball Lightning: 25%
Evasive Fire with Surge: 100%

All other values by me are manual testing.

Values I manually tested: Rapid Fire (all runes except: High Velocity & Bombardment)

Rapid Fire with Fire Support (50 LoH): 35, 48, 89, (Seems to be +35% per homing hit.) Rapid Fire No Rune (50 LoH): 32, 45, 45, 50, Entangling Shot with Chain Gang (50 LoH): Single Target: 11, 12, Two Targets: 22 Three Targets: 33 Multishot with Fire At Will (50 LoH): 8 per mob everytime.
