The Dank Cellar spawns on the Old Tristram Road between The Old Ruins and New Tristram. It is located always in the same place on the first clearing next to the Old Ruins. Dank Runs

Prior to Patch 1.0.3, players often engaged in what were called "Dank Runs", where the player would take the waypoint or checkpoint in The Old Ruins, making their way to the Dank Cellar to kill Sarkoth for loot in Inferno difficulty. They often did this while wearing Magic Find items before drops from Superuniques were nerfed.
