The Stonefort lies atop the towering Bastion's Keep, and it is the location from which the soldiers of the Keep mount siege warfare. This area is featured in the Turning the Tide quest in Act III.
The Stonefort is a mostly static area. The player is tasked with raising the catapults across multiple events, and an example map can be seen here:
