The Bitter Depths are infamous chambers within the Vizjerei, filled with dangerous content of unknown nature. It could be dangerous entities or spell books, but by reputation it's even worse than the Ancient Repositories.
Very little is known about the Bitter Depths but it appears to be located in Caldeum. We know it is located under the Sanctum.
