"It is fitting and noble for a Barbarian to wear a necklace into battle, as long as it matches his belt."
- Larzuk
An Amulet is a piece of jewelery worn around the neck. It obviously provides no armor bonus but it does provide good magical effects. Each effect gives the name of the amulet a prefix and/or a suffix that describes the magical effect. Only one amulet is allowed to be worn at any time. Amulets can be Magic, Rare and presumably, Set pieces and Unique/Legendary.
Amulets can also be crafted by the Jeweler Artisan.
Amulets appear to be similar to their Diablo 2 counterparts, aside from a notable non-magical drop of a medallion in the gameplay video.
