Poltarh is an NPC found in the surface area of Act II in Diablo 3. He gives the The Idol of Rygnar quest, in which players must escort Poltarh down into the Lost Ruins dungeon, to retrieve the Idol of Rygnar.
Upon the successful completion of this quest, Poltarh rewards players with 8400 experience and a pair of rare boots.
