Act II takes places in Caldeum of the Empire of Kehjistan. The Nephalem has decided to chase the Cult of Maghda. In doing so they encounter Zoltun Kulle and enlist his help to face down Belial, Lord of Lies.
The hub of the area is the Hidden Camp.
