House of Deep Sorrow appears in Westmarch in Act V. In this house, Lady Victoria is found tormented and incapacitated by three Shadow of Death Reapers. Once these are killed, Lady Victoria, having been under the malevolent influence of the Reapers for too long, transforms into a Superunique Succubus-like monster. She drops The Horrible Secret Lore Book when killed.
