Monte Krol is the Lead Tools developer for World of Warcraft.
The Tools Development Team basically makes all the tools that allow the various other teams to build World of Warcraft, principally a program called "WoW Edit" and pulg-ins for off-the-shelf software (such as photoshop).
Other than appearing in the same BlizzCast episode as Jay Wilson he is not known to have any connection to the Diablo III team, at this time, tho he has said he is a fan of the Diablo franchise during BlizzCast Episode 6.
