It's not yet known how long items will remain in the buyback window; perhaps it resets each time you visit that NPC, or items might pile up in it for each entire game?

The buyback interface appears at the bottom of the shopping window of each Merchant. Using this, players can buy back up to the last 1ast 12 items they've sold to any NPC as long as they have not left the game.

The buyback price is the same price as you sold it to the NPC for.
