Crafting
This can be crafted after obtaining the plans for it from Gorell the Quartermaster in Bastion's Keep Stronghold. You must be in ActIV Inferno + have Prime Evil quest to buy this! Gorell the vendor sells the plan for 1 gold. The plans requires the Hellish Staff of Herding and additional gold to craft.
Upgrade
This staff is the final Whimsyshire upgrade.
