Franklin Burroughs is a man that Abd al-Hazir, the lore specialist and adventurer met in the Tardein wastes (desert close to Caldeum) during his travels.
He is a specialist in killing Dune Threshers, but it is unknown if he will be come a NPC in Diablo III or not.
