Isn't it possible - likely, even - that the "Gluttony" and "Incarnate" titles under his name are one title, "Gluttony Incarnate"? It just incarnated, and it has the look of a glutton.
I've been thinking, maybe "Gluttony Incarnate" is the demon's name? By the way, even if I'm not able to find a quote, it was clearly stated that the Th.
