This is the beta for my [[Fanart:Nameplates]] page.

==What is a Nameplate?==

A nameplate is a graphical interface that shows the name of a target in most video games. It is also something I used in many of my wallpapers over the last 8 months or so.

==Why do I even use them?==

I learned over the past months that I used them more and they became an important part to all my wallpapers after series 3's "Portal Nameplate" was made. I came use them in the Diablo 3 wallpaper series, and the concept art series.
