This got totally borked. The appropriate nav tabs weren't displaying in minor NPCs and D3 chars. I think it's overly complicated and that's probably where the problem arose. I don't know how long ago that happened. I don't know enough about this to make it less complicated at this point but I fixed it so all the tabs work and display in the right places.
