Isn't it possible - likely, even - that the "Gluttony" and "Incarnate" titles under his name are one title, "Gluttony Incarnate"? It just incarnated, and it has the look of a glutton.

Pounder is not technically a Boss monster, it only serves as a cool-moment in the WWI video. A piece of the artowrk even shows multiple Pounders in action.
