[[Serpent's Sparker]] is a [[legendary wand]] that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can only be equipped by the [[Wizard]], and will very rarely drop for any other class.

The Smart Drop system ensures that Wands will usually roll with [[Intelligence]], or at least never roll with [[Dexterity]] or [[Strength]].

Each Hydra acts as usual, with the same duration of effect and targeting, so it's up to the Wizard to keep recasting the skill twice as often to keep both Hydras out and active. There's no way to up the number of Hydra beyond two, but if combined with [[The Magistrate]] Wizard helm, both Frost Hydras will cast Frost Nova.
